non availability of vat D3 Inward

as form Vat D3 inward are not available with the department,a mail may be forwarded to detcgre@haryanatax.com and detcgrw@haryanatax.con stating the details of the dealer and material being procured without inward form and the copy of the ack. and details can be attached with the material.for west zone, a register has been made available with the DTI in which the delaer can put their stamp an dsignature after which they can opt for above procedure.
