quarterly return reminder and discontinuation of vat D3/st38 forms

dear sir/madam,new year greetings.it is here reminded that quarterly return for Qe Dec'13 will be filled during jan'2013.kindly submit latest by 20th for timely submissions.late penalty Rs.200/- per day each under hvat/cst.further,vat D3/st 38 have been discontinued wef 01/1/13.however a notification in regarding is pending but a deraft to this effect is alraedy uploaded on department website.regards.
