it is hereby re-reminded that quarterly return under hvat/cst is to be filled in Gurgaon for qe March2014.Further if taxes payable after adj. of input tax has exceeded rs 1 lakh during the last financial year then kindly deposit monthly taxes by fifteenth of every month.further more,as per attached notification,earth moving equipments have been adeed in sch C @5.25%.

it is to remind that quarterly return under hvat/cst for qe on 31/03/14 will be filled in Gurgaon during this month.please submit by 20th along with lists,summary and taxes if any.regards

dear sir/madam,new year greetings.it is here reminded that quarterly return for Qe Dec'13 will be filled during jan'2013.kindly submit latest by 20th for timely submissions.late penalty Rs.200/- per day each under hvat/cst.further,vat D3/st 38 have been discontinued wef 01/1/13.however a notification in regarding is pending but a deraft to this effect is alraedy uploaded on department website.regards.

pls find attached amnedment in which govt sale swithin Hr. not allowed at concesional rate of tax against vat c3.

as per attached notification,sale to sez units which were earlier exempted from tax within HR. state are now taken out from the earlier notification and hence no longer tax exempted.

annual return vat R2 for 12-13 for dealers who file their quarterly return in vat R1 is to be filled during November '2013.please submit the details in hard copies dully signed latest by 25th.

it is to remind that vat R2 annual return for 12-13 will be filled for traders,manuf. and contractors without lumpsum option who file their quarterly returns in vat R1 .please submit latest by 15th nov'13 in hard copies with reco of sales/purchases with books an dreturns,balance sheet ,trading ,profit loss a/c.WISHING YOU A VERY HAPPY DIPAWALI.
